Halloween Team Building

Recently, Leaderpromos held an offsite team building event for the sales team.

We divided the team up into groups according to each person's DISC test strengths, which ranged from being the most Decisive, Interactive, Stability and Cautious (process oriented).

The task was for each group to work together and build a haunted gingerbread house.

Everyone saw that while all the strengths are important and can achieve success differently, when they combine them and work together, they can achieve even more.
