New Associates Strengthen Central Ohio's No. 1 Promotional Distributor

On the heels of hiring a new sales class, Leaderpromos is now ushering in four additional new associates who will strengthen our recurrent National Top 50 status and standing as central Ohio’s No. 1 promotional distributor.

Bob Jesenovec is Leaderpromos’ new director of marketing. He has nearly 20 years’ experience in the creative industry, beginning his career in several graphic design roles and later transitioning to project and brand management for multi-channel marketing programs on behalf of agencies and companies in the Midwest and globally.

We welcome Jackie Ebner as Leaderpromos’ director of business development. Her 15-year career in sales campaign implementation, account management and new-business expansion started in Chicago and has now returned her to her home state after working with big-hitter promotional companies.

Megan Trapp joins us as our brand ambassador and talent acquisition leader. As our company continues to grow, she will recruit for all departments and support the onboarding process, as well as represent Leaderpromos at industry and corporate events like WBENC conferences.

Last but not least, Kaylie Kowatch, a recent Michigan State University marketing and communications graduate, is a new sales assistant who will support an account director and an account executive as their client portfolios continue to expand.
