Case Study: Custom Awards
A client needed to capture the significance of and continuing nature of two companywide initiatives using multi-level custom awards. Leaderpromos created two design concepts to execute each award.

The first award is “nesting” style, meaning that each attained level rests on top of its predecessor. When the final level is attained, the award is completed with its peak level, in the shape of a triangle, to form a completed pyramid.

The second award represents a puzzle. Frosted acrylic puzzle pieces overlay four corresponding goals. The goals are represented with rich, full-color images and text within the background of the frame. When an office meets one of the goals, it receives the respective piece to insert into the frame.

Both tiered awards use black Lucite, a high-end-looking yet cost-effective and lightweight material, in their construction. Both uniquely showcase achieved calls-to-action with exclusive designs.
