What is the X-Factor and How Does It Affect Your Beverages?

The X-Factor represents the effectiveness of select travel mugs, tumblers and bottles to keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold. The results are expressed in multiples or the X-Factor. For example, if a product is rated 10X, that means that it holds heat or cold 10 times longer than a standard, paper coffee-house cup with a lid.
